Safe with You is a Nebraska Department of Education and Early Childhood Training Center and Department of Health and Human Services program that meets the requirements of the Nebraska State Legislature statute 43-2606. This bill requires licensed childcare providers to complete training that "shall be designed to meet the health, safety and developmental needs of children... and shall include information on sudden infant death syndrome, shaken baby syndrome and child abuse and neglect." The cost to take this class is $20.00. To register please contact Erika Schwarting. CRCC employees will participate in the training in person and outside persons will complete the training, virtually.
