Capacity Building Campaign
We are a leading-edge organization that continues to invest in people, systems, and infrastructure. We have the organizational capacity to deliver the greatest impact to our clients and families now and into the future.
Over the past twenty months, we have conducted an intensive review of each of the areas in our business. We systematically evaluated every step we take to provide our programs and services; the information gathered affirmed that CRCC is financially sound and a progressive organization. The evaluation also highlighted three challenges that we must overcome so that we can continue to offer the services and skilled programs needed by an increasing number of clients. These challenges are:
• Retaining and recruiting staff in a highly competitive healthcare field. A Competitive Salary Survey was conducted in the fall of 2015 to determine Market Level Salary and Benefits for all positions within the organization. The analysis determined that current salaries were 14% - 44% below market rates for both pay and benefits.
• Updating tools and technology to maintain operational efficiency. We engaged Aviture, a local software development firm, to evaluate our current system requirements and recommend options for software solutions. Current systems do not adequately address the complexity and challenges of healthcare reimbursement. Significant workforce hours are spent on manual processes. We need to better automate our systems in order to scale operations and grow in a cost effective manner.
