Better Nights, Brighter Days: Practical Sleep Support for Young Children
Tuesday, April 14, 6 p.m. via Zoom

Join Brett Kuhn, Ph.D., CBSM, DBSM from the Children’s Sleep Disorders Center–Omaha at MMI, as we explore common sleep challenges in young children and practical strategies families can use to build healthy sleep routines. Learn simple, research-based approaches that can help children—and their caregivers—get the rest they need.

 

Brett Kuhn is a licensed psychologist and Professor of Psychology at MMI and UNMC. He is a diplomat of behavioral sleep medicine (DBSM) and member of the international Pediatric Sleep Council. Dr. Kuhn served on the committee which created the national standards of practice for children with bedtime resistance and night-time awakenings, sponsored by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM). Dr. Kuhn co-authored a popular press parenting book, The Toddler Owner’s Manual: Operating Instructions, Troubleshooting Tips, and Advice on System Maintenance.
