Meet Our Team: Rehab Therapy

Kelsey is a full-time speech-language pathologist and clinical supervisor at our Northwest location. She enjoys working with children with autism spectrum disorder and feeding difficulties. However, her favorite part of working at CRCC is helping children find their voice. She truly believes that everyone deserves a way to communicate.

Ashley is a speech-language pathologist who has worked with both adults and children specializing in neuro trauma. She serves both speech and feeding difficulties for infants through adolescents at CRCC and has experience with receptive and expressive language disorders, Autism, genetic disorders, neurological disorders, augmentative and alternative communication, and oral and pharyngeal dysphagia. Ashley really enjoys working with children and seeing them meet new milestones for improving quality of life when it comes to communication, language and oral intake. Ashley's favorite thing about being a pediatric speech therapist is seeing children become efficient verbal communicators and able to have their wants and needs met.

Kelsey is a speech-language pathologist who has been with CRCC since 2022. She loves working with autistic children through child-led, play-based connections that lead to natural communication opportunities. Kelsey continues to learn about and implement principles of gestalt language processing into her practice. She also enjoys treating pediatric feeding disorders, specifically with NICU graduates and those with complex comorbidities. Kelsey also speaks Spanish. Outside of CRCC, she loves to read and spend time with her husband and two poodles.

Ariana is a physical therapist who completed her doctorate of physical therapy at UNMC. Always amazed at what children are capable of, she has devoted herself to the pediatric setting, helping children to meet motor milestones and breakthrough expectations. The most rewarding thing for Ariana is to partner with families and be a part of increasing a child's independence. Nothing is more rewarding for her than to see children obtain new skills that allow them to learn, explore, and play. She has two kids who tend to keep her busy, but in any leftover free time, she enjoys working out, traveling around to visit family, and exploring new parks/playgrounds with her family to see which ones the kids love most!

Jenna is a physical therapist who joined the team after receiving her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, during which she completed a clinical rotation at CRCC. Jenna’s favorite thing about being a pediatric physical therapist is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in each child’s life, build strong relationships with them and their family, and help them achieve their goals as they grow! Outside of work, Jenna enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling to the Lake of the Ozarks, and taking her golden doodle, Finn, on walks!

Rachel is a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) who joined the team after graduating from Clarkson College, during which she completed a clinical rotation at CRCC. She enjoys spending time getting to know the children to help them work toward being as independent as possible by making therapy fun and exciting. Rachel loves working with everyone within this pediatric population but especially loves to work with children with neurological diagnoses. Rachel's favorite thing about being a pediatric PTA is that work is play and that she gets to help the children progress through their milestones toward improved functional mobility and play. In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time outside golfing or playing with her dog.

Naomi is a physical therapist assistant (PTA) who graduated from Clarkson College. She has always loved working with children, but her true passion for pediatric physical therapy began when she completed a clinical rotation at CRCC. Her favorite part about the pediatric setting is getting to be creative and flexible to keep kids engaged as they work to achieve new skills.  She loves spending time getting to know each of the kids, to provide high quality care that they will enjoy. Seeing them learn and grow makes everything else worth it for her. In her free time, Naomi likes to work out, go on walks, read, bake, or spend time with her family and friends.

Aubrey is an Occupational Therapist and joined CRCC in August of 2015. She has vast knowledge in her field and willingly shares this knowledge with coworkers for the betterment of the child. She is always cheerful and upbeat, making the work environment fun for the kids and her colleagues. Aubrey helps each child reach their individual goals by positively praising each step in the process no matter how big or small. She is creative in incorporating play with therapy. Aubrey communicates effectively with family members and is transparent throughout the process. She jumps in to help whenever or wherever help is needed and does it with a smile. Aubrey and her husband, Kyle, have two sweet boys, Harrison and Hayden, who keep them on their toes constantly, but she wouldn't trade those moments for the world!

Liza is an occupational therapist who has focused her time in the pediatric setting. She brings energy to each of her treatment sessions while also maintaining a caring, loving, fun and welcoming environment for her patients. Liza enjoys working on all types of skills and deficits with all of her patients but especially enjoys working on self-help skills, executive functioning skills and bilateral upper extremity coordination and strength. Liza's favorite thing about working with pediatrics is collaborating with parents and guardians to establish family-centered goals and also seeing the joy on the kiddos faces when we celebrate the big and little wins in our therapy sessions. Outside of work, Liza enjoys spending time with her family and exploring National Parks.

Kylie is an occupational therapist who has always loved working with the pediatric population. She enjoys helping children and their families in participating in everyday activities. Kylie's favorite thing about being a pediatric occupational therapist is being able to work one on one with kids and promote foundations for growth and development through play. Outside of work, Kylie enjoys hanging out with her family and her dog Marley.
